To Our Med Center Patients:

During this uncertain time, the team at Chevray Plastic Surgery remains committed to our exceptional level of patient care and safety. During this time, new precautionary measures have been placed at our offices which are located within the Houston Methodist Hospitals. While we understand these efforts may seem cumbersome at times, these screenings are necessary to ensure the health and safety of our patients, their family and our staff.

When scheduling an appointment:

When you call to schedule an appointment with our office, the staff will ask you a series of questions:

  1. If you have traveled to any of the restricted travel countries or any of the U.S hostpot cities such as New York, Louisiana and California

  2. Have a fever

  3. Have a fever AND experiencing upper respiratory symptoms such as coughing and shortness of breath.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule your appointments and seek care from your primary care physician or via virtual care visits.
